This is the animation I did for school, but was never able to finish. Seems like I can never finish anything...
It was fun to work on, and I learned a lot- especially that I need to work on a lot of things. I still struggle with angles and keeping a character consistent. Oh yeah, and anatomy too. I'm glad I tried with this though.
Hundreds of drawings later, and this is the final result. It's not perfect, not by any means. A lot of the animation is basic and simple.
Moki is the wolf seen running at the beginning, and Kalila is the other. I've had the concept of this in my head since 2009 or so, after hearing Prayer for Taylor: [link]
This didn't turn out as beautifully as I would have hoped. Time didn't allow for me to make it the way I wanted. It was supposed to be sorta spiritual and uplifting, and something that could be understood by anyone (which is why there's no talking or stuff like that).
I decided to not open up "official" critiques because I know there is so much wrong with it. That doesn't
mean I don't want to receive critique on this film though
. So if you have something to say, go ahead and say it!
The music I used was written and composed by Shane Walsh and is used with his permission. Please check out his YouTube channel: [link]
